Universal Orlando Resort Unveils More Details and Images of Universal Epic Universe Debuting in 2025

Excitement is building at Universal Orlando Resort as the theme park reveals additional details and official images of its highly anticipated Universal Epic Universe, set to debut in 2025.

The resort’s east coast version of Super Nintendo World is set to be a highlight, with the unveiling of five immersive lands, each offering attractions, dining, shopping, and more. The official announcement details the following lands:

Celestial Park: Described as the “heart of Epic Universe,” Celestial Park is the first area guests will encounter. It features breathtaking gardens, shimmering waters, and stunning architecture inspired by astronomical and mythological elements. Starfall Racers, a dual-launching racing coaster with inverted crisscrossing, takes center stage, reaching speeds of up to 62 mph. The land also includes Constellation Carousel, interactive wet-play area Astronomica, fountain shows, and various dining options.

The Wizarding World of Harry Potter — Ministry of Magic: Transporting guests to a different era of the wizarding world, this land blends 1920s wizarding Paris from Warner Bros. Pictures’ Fantastic Beasts films with the iconic British Ministry of Magic from the Harry Potter series.

How To Train Your Dragon — Isle of Berk: This land promises a colorful world filled with Viking adventures based on the popular How to Train Your Dragon film franchise, allowing guests to soar with dragons.

Dark Universe: Ideal for fans of Universal’s classic monsters, Dark Universe is where guests encounter everything from Dr. Victoria Frankenstein’s experiments to the shadowy landscape where monsters roam in a world of myth and mystery.

Super Nintendo World: The third installment of its kind following versions in Japan and California, Super Nintendo World invites guests to step through the iconic green pipe and into the world of Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach, and other beloved characters.

The Harry Potter-themed land and Super Nintendo World are expected to be major draws, offering immersive experiences for fans of both franchises.

Additionally, Universal Epic Universe will be accompanied by three new Universal hotels: Universal Stella Nova Resort, Universal Terra Luna Resort, and Universal Helios Grand Hotel located within Epic Universe itself. The Helios Grand Hotel features 500 rooms with one-of-a-kind park views and a dedicated theme park entrance for guests. The resort emphasizes energy efficiency and sustainable construction practices.

Universal Epic Universe will be situated just a few miles from the existing offerings, with resort-wide transportation provided for guests. Further details, including an interactive preview center, are expected to be released in the coming months.
