Icelandair has announced a new seasonal route between Reykjavik and Edinburgh, set to begin in September 2025.
The airline will offer either three or four flights each week. The service will start on 12 September 2025 and continue through 12 April 2026. This will be Icelandair’s second route to Scotland, in addition to its existing flights to Glasgow.
Flights on the new route will use Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft. The journey is expected to take about two and a half hours.
