Banyan Group has launched a new block of stylish condominiums for sale at the famous Laguna Phuket integrated resort.
The new development, called Laguna Lake Residences Aster, offers 67 apartments with one, two, and three bedrooms. Prices start at 10.1 million baht (around USD 297,000).
The condos feature a minimal-chic, contemporary design. They are located in a low-rise building that includes a rooftop infinity pool. The pool overlooks a shared lawn, manicured gardens, and a boardwalk shaded by trees.
Laguna Lake Residences Aster is an extension of the popular Laguna Lakeside Residences, which sold out quickly. It is situated at the entrance to Laguna Phuket, near the lively Boat Avenue entertainment district in Bang Tao.
This concept has been very popular. It attracts buyers who want the lifestyle and facilities of Laguna Phuket but also want to be close to Phuket’s busiest shopping, dining, night markets, and entertainment areas.
“Phuket’s real estate market is booming,” said KP Ho, founder of Banyan Group. He explained this is because people are moving away from cities, there are geopolitical changes, and Phuket offers a great place to live. The island has top international schools, good hospitals, and a pleasant tropical climate all year round.
He also said that quality properties in Phuket are much cheaper than in cities like Hong Kong, Singapore, or places in Europe.
