Rosewood Hotel Group has announced two significant appointments to its executive team, marking a strategic move to reinforce its position in the luxury travel and lifestyle sector.
Anthony Ingham will join the company as Chief Operating Officer, effective September 1, 2025. Luca Finardi will take on the role of Vice President of Operations for Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Caribbean Atlantic (EMEAC), starting June 1, 2025.
The appointments come as Rosewood pursues aggressive global expansion and aims to elevate its operational standards across its growing portfolio of luxury properties.
Anthony Ingham Named Chief Operating Officer
Anthony Ingham will report directly to Sonia Cheng, Chief Executive Officer of Rosewood Hotel Group. In his new role, he will lead the group’s global operations and strategy. His responsibilities will include enhancing guest experiences, improving operational efficiency, and driving commercial success.
Ingham will oversee several key functions, including operations, commercial strategy, customer relationship management (CRM), retail, wellness, digital, and e-commerce.
“I’m thrilled to be joining Rosewood at such an important stage in its growth,” said Ingham. “The brand has built one of the strongest luxury pipelines in the industry, and I look forward to contributing to its future success.”
With over two decades of experience in luxury hospitality, Ingham has held leadership positions at major hotel brands including InterContinental, Starwood, and Marriott International. At Marriott, he played a critical role in transforming the W Hotels brand following its acquisition. He was also instrumental in shaping the global strategy for The Luxury Collection, overseeing more than 120 hotels worldwide.
Most recently, Ingham served at The Hong Kong Jockey Club, where he managed membership operations, hospitality services at two top-tier racecourses, and led initiatives in brand, marketing, and customer experience.
Luca Finardi Appointed Vice President of Operations for EMEAC
Joining Rosewood in June, Luca Finardi will bring over 20 years of luxury hospitality experience to his new role. He will report to Anthony Ingham and work closely with Managing Directors at Rosewood properties across the EMEAC region.
Finardi most recently served as General Manager of Mandarin Oriental Paris. He also held the position of Area Vice President of Operations for France, Italy, and the Czech Republic, where he helped expand the brand and strengthen operational performance.
“I’m honored to join Rosewood and support its mission during this exciting phase of growth,” said Finardi. “It’s a privilege to help shape the company’s operational culture and contribute to its positive impact.”
At Rosewood, Finardi will lead efforts to implement operational strategies that support the group’s global growth. He will focus on maintaining high standards across properties while aligning operations with corporate objectives.
His role will also involve close coordination with internal teams and other regional vice presidents, including those overseeing the Americas and Asia Pacific. Together, they will look for ways to improve efficiency and share best practices across all areas of the business.
Finardi’s leadership will be key to Rosewood’s goal of remaining at the forefront of the luxury hospitality industry. His work will ensure that the group’s expansion is backed by strong operational foundations and a consistent commitment to excellence.
Looking Ahead
The addition of Ingham and Finardi marks a significant step in Rosewood Hotel Group’s evolution. With a focus on innovation, guest experience, and operational performance, the company is positioning itself to lead in the competitive global luxury market.
