Marriott International and CG Hospitality have announced a new partnership to convert The Farm at San Benito, a renowned wellness retreat in the Philippines, into the first Autograph Collection resort in the country. The resort is expected to welcome guests by the end of the third quarter of 2025.
The Autograph Collection brand is known for offering a selection of unique boutique hotels, each chosen for its distinctive design, hospitality, and craftsmanship. The brand promises “Exactly Like Nothing Else,” providing guests with memorable and immersive experiences.
Rajeev Menon, President of Marriott International for Asia Pacific excluding China, expressed excitement about the collaboration. “We’re thrilled to work with CG Hospitality to introduce the Autograph Collection in the Philippines. This marks a significant expansion for us in the region. With wellness becoming a major factor in travel decisions, the Philippines, with its natural beauty and growing reputation as a wellness destination, is the perfect place for this new offering,” Menon said.
Dr. Binod Chaudhary, Chairman of CG Corp Global, emphasized the importance of creating lasting, transformative experiences. “The Farm at San Benito has always been a special place, combining nature, wellness, and hospitality. Our partnership with Marriott to bring this property into the Autograph Collection reflects our commitment to creating timeless experiences. We are proud to introduce the Philippines’ first Autograph Collection resort and raise the standard for wellness tourism in the region,” Chaudhary added.
Located in Lipa City, Batangas, just 90 minutes from Metro Manila, The Farm at San Benito will cover 52 hectares of lush greenery. The resort will offer 70 keys, including one-bedroom villas and private two- and four-bedroom pool villas. It will also feature a swimming pool with a pool bar, a fitness center, a tranquil spa, and a medical wellness center, setting a new benchmark for wellness-focused hospitality.
Guests will enjoy a tailored culinary experience with five dining venues, a lobby lounge, and two bars. The resort’s location also provides easy access for both leisure travelers and business guests. With 321 square meters of flexible meeting and event space, the property will cater to corporate and social gatherings, with natural light filling the spaces.
The resort is near several cultural and recreational attractions, including the “Little Rome of the Philippines,” known for its historic churches and religious landmarks, Mount Malarayat Golf & Country Club, and Casa de Segunda, a preserved 19th-century home offering insight into Filipino history and culture.
Currently, Marriott International operates 12 properties across six brands in the Philippines, with five more planned. The Farm at San Benito will be Marriott’s 13th property in the country and will join Marriott Bonvoy, the company’s global travel program.
