Hilton has launched its first-ever Brand Showcase in India, unveiling its global brand experience to the local market. The event took place at Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park and highlighted 10 of Hilton’s 24 global brands. This event marked a key step in Hilton’s growth strategy for South Asia.
Titled “Unlocking the Stay,” the showcase featured interactive exhibits and hospitality experiences, providing a closer look at Hilton’s diverse brand portfolio. The event aimed to connect Hilton with Indian partners and stakeholders, aligning with the company’s efforts to grow in India’s rapidly expanding hospitality sector.
Chris Nassetta, Hilton’s President and CEO, stated, “India is an important market in Hilton’s global growth strategy. The Brand Showcase demonstrates our commitment to strengthening relationships with owners, developers, and hospitality professionals while expanding our presence in luxury, lifestyle, and focused-service segments.”
New Brand Launches Announced
At the event, Hilton revealed that LXR Hotels & Resorts will debut in India with The Den, Bengaluru, scheduled to join the brand’s global collection in 2026. This is part of Hilton’s broader goal to triple its luxury portfolio in India. Hilton also shared updates on the development of other high-end properties, including Waldorf Astoria Jaipur, Conrad Jaipur, and Signia by Hilton Jaipur, all expected to open within the next three years.
Additionally, Hilton confirmed plans for its first Curio Collection by Hilton hotel in India, Slohh by Roach, which will open in Bengaluru in 2025. Curio properties are known for their distinctive character and strong local cultural ties.
Focus on Growth and Brand Diversification
The Brand Showcase featured experiential zones for Hilton’s well-known brands, including Conrad Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, DoubleTree by Hilton, Hilton Garden Inn, and Hampton by Hilton. It also introduced emerging brands like Spark by Hilton and Signia by Hilton.
Alan Watts, President of Hilton Asia Pacific, explained, “Our long-term growth strategy in India aims to increase our footprint tenfold. This showcase allowed us to directly engage with Indian stakeholders and show how Hilton’s diverse portfolio can meet the changing needs of Indian travelers.”
As part of its strategy to expand in the focused-service sector, Hilton confirmed licensing agreements with Olive by Embassy and Nile Hospitality. These partnerships aim to develop over 200 properties under Spark by Hilton and Hampton by Hilton in states like Gujarat, Rajasthan, Punjab, Bihar, and other emerging markets in India.
Engagement with Indian Consumers
Hilton also previewed its new brand campaign, featuring global ambassador Deepika Padukone. The campaign is designed to resonate with a new generation of Indian travelers who prioritize purposeful and enriching experiences.
The Brand Showcase provided an opportunity for travel professionals, developers, and partners to engage with Hilton’s vision for India—one that combines global standards with local relevance across all segments of hospitality.
