Royal Caribbean is giving a sneak peek into the exciting entertainment and dining options aboard its upcoming ship, Star of the Seas, set to launch in August 2025 from Port Canaveral (Orlando), Florida. The Star of the Seas combines all the best elements of a dream vacation. The ship will also offer a wide variety of dining options, with more than 40 different spots to eat and drink, ensuring there’s something for every taste.

Family-Friendly Adventures
Families will find plenty of entertainment options onboard. One of the highlights is the all-new production Create, which follows the journey of a curious robot, KRE-8. The show combines dance, music, and visual arts to explore creativity and self-discovery.
For a fun, family-oriented spectacle, guests can enjoy Pirates & Mermaids, a lively AquaTheater performance featuring dance, synchronized swimming, and high-energy diving, all set to a comedic tone.
Dining options also cater to every taste. AquaDome Market, an exclusive food hall for the Icon Class, offers five food stands, including three new concepts. Guests can enjoy smoky pulled pork, Southeast Asian delicacies like pad thai, and South American treats such as empanadas and arepas.
Between activities, families can visit Surfside Eatery, grab a bite at Basecamp in Thrill Island, or explore the diverse global options available at Windjammer, the fleet’s largest buffet with more than 12 cuisines served daily.
Nighttime Spectaculars
The nighttime entertainment promises to be just as exciting. A major highlight is Back to the Future: The Musical, a Broadway hit that brings classic rock songs, engaging choreography, and Royal Caribbean’s unique twists to the stage.
For even more breathtaking entertainment, guests can visit the AquaTheater to experience Torque, an action-packed aqua show with synchronized swimmers, slackliners, dancers, and cutting-edge technology. The ship’s Absolute Zero ice-skating rink will also host SOL, featuring the largest ice-skating cast in the brand’s history.

The Lincoln Park Supper Club in the Central Park neighborhood offers a sophisticated dining experience inspired by 1930s Chicago. Guests will enjoy live jazz music, premium cocktails, and dishes that pay homage to iconic Windy City dining spots.
For a more casual meal, guests can savor premium cuts at Chops Grille, enjoy hibachi at Izumi Hibachi & Sushi, or experience an intimate private dining setting at Celebration Table, perfect for any occasion.

After dinner, the fun doesn’t stop. Guests can enjoy a variety of nightlife options, including an adults-only comedy show at The Attic, sing their favorite tunes at late-night karaoke, or try their luck at Casino Royale.
