Guests can also browse a selection of exclusive Emirates-branded merchandise and travel accessories displayed at the center of the store.

At four customer service counters, trained Emirates travel advisors assist customers with flight bookings, ticketing, and inquiries about the airline’s services and destinations. The team ensures that every visitor enjoys the signature Emirates hospitality, providing a high standard of service from the moment they enter the store.

A standout feature of the store is a wall display of the Ghaf tree, the national tree of the UAE, placed above a dynamic LED screen that showcases Emirates’ milestones, destinations, and exclusive offers. A voice-activated LED selfie screen at the entrance adds a fun element, allowing customers to take photos with iconic Emirates destination backdrops. These images can be accessed via QR codes, eliminating the need for printed photos.

The store is also the first to implement a queue management system, offering a smoother and more personalized experience for customers, including Emirates Skywards members. The system helps reduce waiting times and allows customers to provide feedback via WhatsApp.

The airline also provides the only daily A380 service to Bali, enhancing seat capacity for travelers in and out of the city.
