ATPI Group, a leading travel management company, has launched a new platform designed to streamline event management. The ATPI EventsHub combines guest management and travel booking capabilities, aiming to simplify the process for event organizers.
The platform, which is now available globally, allows event organizers to handle all aspects of their events, including booking and managing flights, hotels, transfers, and inventory. ATPI EventsHub offers 24/7 support from travel consultants and features a customizable “white label” template, enabling clients to incorporate their brand across all guest interactions. It also provides tools for managing registrations, communications, and real-time tracking.
One of the key features of ATPI EventsHub is its automation. The platform reduces the need for manual tasks, helping clients save up to 30% of planning time.
ATPI tested the platform last year with a select group of clients and will debut it at the upcoming Champions League Final in Munich.
Helen van Berkel, ATPI’s global head of events, explained, “We understand the challenges our customers face when organizing events.
