With four stylish pools, including one with a semi-sunken bar, an outdoor cinema, and a rooftop DJ lounge, Mama Shelter offers a lively social atmosphere.

Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab: Ultra-Luxury at Its Best
Slated to open in March 2025, Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab will introduce the next generation of ultra-luxury hospitality. This new addition to the Jumeirah Group will offer 386 rooms and suites, 82 luxury residences, an 82-berth superyacht marina, 11 curated restaurants, and a TALISE spa.
The hotel’s design complements its futuristic superyacht architecture with golden tones, marble accents, natural woods, and luxurious fabrics. Delano Dubai, a new addition to Dubai’s glamorous hospitality scene, brings a unique Miami-inspired twist to the city. The hotel, part of the renowned 30-year-old brand, opens with 251 rooms and 84 suites. Many of the rooms feature private balconies, high ceilings, and wellness-focused décor that creates a serene, sanctuary-like atmosphere.
Set on 250 meters of pristine beachfront, Delano Dubai offers guests stunning views of the Arabian Gulf. Guests can relax by the beachfront pool, enjoy vibrant dining, and take in the lively yet relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is close to top retail, dining, and entertainment destinations.
Mandarin Oriental, Dubai: Iconic Luxury with Unmatched Views
Opening in June 2025, Mandarin Oriental, Dubai will be the brand’s second hotel in the city and third in the UAE. Located in the striking Wasl Tower, the hotel’s 303-meter height is highlighted by the region’s tallest ceramic façade. It offers a luxurious experience with 259 rooms and suites and 224 apartments.
