SKIL has appointed Vikash Kejriwal as its new Chief Executive Officer, marking a key step in the company’s ongoing plans for growth and innovation. The decision reflects the company’s goal to build on its success and strengthen its position as a leading player in experience-driven services.
Before taking on the role of CEO, Vikash served as Chief Operating Officer at CABI by SKIL. During his time there, he led a major transformation of the company’s transport unit. Under his leadership, CABI became one of India’s fastest-growing corporate ground mobility services. The business also gained national attention, winning the “Excellence in Ground Mobility” award at the 2024 Asian Business Leadership Awards.
Vikash’s journey with SKIL began when he joined as Business Director at CABI. He played an important role in improving operations and expanding the group’s services. His career spans over 20 years and includes senior roles at companies like ICICI, ING, and MetLife. He brings a strong understanding of finance, risk, customer service, and business operations.
“I’m truly honored to step into the role of CEO at SKIL,” said Vikash Kejriwal. “This company has always stood for energy, ambition, and a strong drive to deliver. From transforming mobility with CABI to enriching experiences through SKIL Events and SKIL Travel, we’ve only begun to explore what’s possible. I’m excited to lead our talented teams as we grow innovation, strengthen our client relationships, and scale across all our business areas.”
Vikash is known for his clear strategy and hands-on leadership. He has a track record of building businesses from the ground up and creating strong, customer-focused teams. His leadership style is expected to play a key role in guiding the company’s future direction.
“Vikash has been a driving force behind change at SKIL,” said Shylender Jindal, Founder and Managing Director of SKIL. “He offers the rare blend of strategic vision and operational skill. His deep understanding of our business, his people-first approach, and his commitment to quality make him the right choice to lead us forward. We are confident he will help SKIL reach new heights, with agility, excellence, and innovation at the heart of everything we do.”
With Vikash as CEO, SKIL plans to grow its presence across its core businesses — SKIL Travel, SKIL Events, and CABI by SKIL. The company also aims to explore new areas such as global mobility, integrated experience solutions, and digital-first travel services.
As SKIL moves ahead, it remains focused on offering people-centered, tech-driven, and high-quality services that meet the changing needs of corporate India.
