Vietjet has launched two new direct flights linking Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City to Con Dao, one of Vietnam’s most historically important and spiritually significant destinations. The new routes, announced on April 19, are part of the airline’s ongoing efforts to expand its domestic network and improve travel convenience for passengers.
The new services also provide travelers from Singapore with easy access to Con Dao, with seamless connections via Vietjet’s existing flights from Singapore to both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
The routes will operate a total of 28 round-trip flights per week. From Hanoi, passengers can expect two daily morning flights to Con Dao, with a flight time of 2 hours and 10 minutes. From Ho Chi Minh City, there will also be two daily morning flights to Con Dao, each lasting around 40 minutes.
Con Dao, known for its untouched natural beauty and deep historical significance to the Vietnamese people, is now more accessible thanks to Vietjet’s expanded network. The new flights will be offered in two fare classes: Eco and SkyBoss. SkyBoss passengers will enjoy additional benefits, including priority services, 7kg of carry-on luggage, and 7kg of checked luggage. Eco passengers are also allowed 7kg of carry-on luggage, subject to certain terms and conditions.
Vietjet currently operates direct flights from Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and Da Nang to Singapore. In line with its network expansion, the airline will launch a new direct route between Singapore and Phu Quoc, Vietnam’s largest island, on May 30, 2025. This will be Vietjet’s fourth route to Singapore, further boosting regional connectivity.
As Vietjet continues to grow, it remains dedicated to offering a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. This summer, passengers are invited to explore Con Dao and other beautiful destinations in Vietnam with ease and comfort.
Vietjet has revolutionized the aviation industry in Vietnam and continues to be a leader in the region and beyond.
