Air New Zealand’s CEO, Greg Foran, will step down from his role on October 20, according to the airline’s chair.
Foran has held the position since February 2025. He described his time at Air New Zealand as a “great privilege” and thanked the company’s exceptional team for their support during his tenure.
“The experience has been incredible, and I have been fortunate to work alongside such a talented team,” Foran said.
The search for a new CEO is already underway.
Air New Zealand chair Dame Therese Walsh praised Foran for his generous notice period, which will see him stay with the company until mid-October.
“This gives the board ample time to conduct a global search for his successor, which we will begin immediately,” she added.
