Oceania Cruises, renowned for its focus on gourmet dining at sea, has announced that its newest ship, Allura, will feature the line’s signature French restaurant, Jacques. The vessel is set to launch in mid-July, bringing a taste of French culinary excellence to its passengers.
Jacques, named after celebrated chef Jacques Pépin, the founding father of Oceania Cruises’ culinary philosophy and its first Executive Culinary Director, is already a popular dining venue on the cruise line’s Marina and Riviera ships. The restaurant will also debut on Vista, Allura’s sister ship, in October 2025.
Frank A. Del Rio, President of Oceania Cruises, expressed his enthusiasm for the new addition. “Our stunning new ship, Allura, symbolizes both the bright future of Oceania Cruises and our rich history,” he said. “The inclusion of Jacques on Allura and Vista is a perfect example of this balance. It honors our heritage and our deep passion for food, while also looking forward to exciting new possibilities.”
The addition of Jacques to Allura underscores Oceania Cruises’ commitment to delivering exceptional culinary experiences, blending tradition with innovation as it sets sail into the future.
