The Ministry of Hajj & Umrah has joined forces with Almosafer, Saudi Arabia’s top travel company under Seera Group, to revolutionize the travel experience for pilgrims visiting the Kingdom. The partnership was announced at the Hajj Conference and Exhibition 2025 in Jeddah. It aims to improve the Nusuk Hajj platform by offering more flight options and introducing innovative solutions to make pilgrimage travel easier for people worldwide.
This collaboration builds on Almosafer’s role as the official flight partner for the Ministry’s Direct Hajj Program. During the 1445 Hajj season, the program served pilgrims from over 120 countries, with Almosafer issuing more than 14,000 tickets. The new agreement seeks to expand these services further, making pilgrimage travel more accessible. Almosafer will use its extensive airline network to provide competitive rates and efficient ticketing services, catering to the diverse needs of pilgrims under the Direct Hajj Program.
The partnership highlights the Ministry’s efforts to modernize the pilgrimage experience through digital solutions. By utilizing Almosafer’s advanced technology, local expertise, and strategic partnerships, the Nusuk Hajj platform aims to deliver a transparent, efficient, and seamless journey planning process for pilgrims.
This initiative aligns with Saudi Vision 2030, which aims to boost the Kingdom’s tourism sector. Almosafer plays a key role in this vision by enhancing travel services for both religious and leisure travelers. The company offers a wide range of services, including corporate travel solutions, VIP services, and inbound tourism programs, further strengthening Saudi Arabia’s position in the global travel and tourism industry.
The partnership between the Ministry of Hajj & Umrah and Almosafer represents a major step forward in making pilgrimage travel more accessible, affordable, and convenient for millions of people worldwide. It also reinforces Almosafer’s reputation as a leader in the travel sector.
