Las Vegas is set to bolster its European connections with the introduction of new flights to Dublin this autumn.

Commencing from October 25th, Irish carrier Aer Lingus will inaugurate thrice-weekly services between Dublin and Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas, as per the announcement made on Tuesday. The airline will deploy its widebody Airbus A330-300 aircraft, boasting a capacity of up to 317 passengers, marking it as the largest in its fleet.

The seasonal service by Aer Lingus is slated to run until April 29th, 2025, with the following schedule:

Las Vegas (LAS) to Dublin (DUB): Departure at 7:35 p.m., Arrival at 1:10 p.m. (+1 day)
Dublin (DUB) to Las Vegas (LAS): Departure at 3:20 p.m., Arrival at 5:50 p.m.
To commemorate the launch of the new route, Aer Lingus is offering introductory round-trip fares priced under $550 via its official website.

Lynne Embleton, CEO of Aer Lingus, expressed excitement about the expansion, stating, “Aer Lingus is bringing this iconic destination to Irish customers seeking an escape to the winter sun. In addition to the warm climate, Las Vegas is renowned for being one of the greatest entertainment capitals in the world, famous for its shows, concerts, sports events, and natural wonders.”

With this development, Dublin joins the ranks of Amsterdam, Frankfurt, London, Manchester, and Zurich as accessible European cities for travelers originating from Las Vegas. Aer Lingus emphasizes that its Dublin hub will serve as a crucial gateway for passengers traveling from Ireland or other parts of its European network, facilitating seamless connections.

Aer Lingus currently operates over a dozen nonstop flights between the U.S. and Ireland, with particular success noted in smaller cities like Cleveland and Minneapolis.

Travelers returning from Ireland will find Dublin Airport a convenient departure point, as it houses a “U.S. Preclearance” facility in Terminal 2. This feature enables passengers to clear U.S. security and customs before departure, potentially saving up to two hours in travel time, according to the airport authorities.
