Hard Rock International, in collaboration with Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruises, has unveiled a groundbreaking loyalty partnership, set to elevate the vacation experiences of frequent travelers. Through this strategic alliance, members of each company’s loyalty program can now unlock reciprocal benefits across hotel stays and cruises, presenting a wealth of opportunities for luxury indulgence.
According to the hotel group, members of the loyalty programs will enjoy a host of advantages, including discounted sailings, enhanced perks during hotel stays, and more.
Jesse Hopfinger, Senior Vice President of Onboard Revenue for Royal Caribbean International, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, stating, “This partnership expands the ways our guests can enjoy their vacations and experience entertainment, dining, and gaming from ship to shore.”
Under the terms of the agreement, participants enrolled in Hard Rock’s Unity by Hard Rock loyalty program will access discounted Royal Caribbean and Celebrity sailings. Additionally, they become eligible for exclusive cruise giveaways, with top-tier members receiving an annual complimentary cruise.
Similarly, members of Royal Caribbean’s Club Royale program and Celebrity’s Blue Chip Club program stand to benefit from discounted hotel stays. Premium-tier members can also anticipate an annual complimentary trip at select Hard Rock hotels and casinos.
Jeff Hook, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Seminole Hard Rock Support Services, underscored the expanded avenues for enjoyment, stating, “Whether extending their cruise vacation at one of our port-adjacent properties, visiting one of the participating Hard Rock Hotel and Cafe locations worldwide, or enjoying the cruise lines’ ships sailing around the world, travelers will have new ways to enjoy the best of what Hard Rock, Seminole Casinos, Royal Caribbean, and Celebrity have to offer.”
